As a Pacific Palisades resident and homeowner for over 50 years, I bring deep community roots and extensive local expertise to my role on the Pacific Palisades Recovery Coalition board. Having served as one of the community’s three leading real estate agents for most of the past 35 years, I possess intimate knowledge of our neighborhood’s housing landscape and development patterns that is useful for our rebuilding efforts.

My commitment to community service extends through active participation on the Pacific Palisades Community Council (PPCC) board as alternate-at-large representative for two years, and three years of service on the Marquez Knolls Property Owners Association (MKPOA) board. This governance experience provides me with valuable insight into local policy processes and neighborhood advocacy.

Following the devastating January fire, my real estate team immediately mobilized to help hundreds of displaced residents find temporary and permanent housing solutions. we have been distributing a frequent email newsletter to over 3,000 property owners, providing timely updates on local news, city recovery plans, and practical resources to assist families navigating this challenging period.

My practice focuses on serving our community’s diverse needs, including specialized assistance for senior citizens, counseling for divorcing property owners, and guidance for real estate investors interested in responsible local investment. I have provided complimentary consultations to both owners of destroyed properties and those whose homes survived, helping them evaluate reconstruction options and make informed long-term decisions.

Throughout my career, I have maintained a strong philanthropic commitment, contributing over $2 million to various local and other organizations that strengthen our community fabric. This combination of deep local knowledge, extensive professional network, community governance experience, and demonstrated commitment to Pacific Palisades positions me to help coordinate the complex rebuilding process our community faces ahead.
